Whether you're celebrating a birthday, sending encouragement, expressing gratitude, or simply reminding someone they are loved, your own words make the gift uniquely theirs.
How to Add to Your Collection:
- On your collection’s product page, select Handwritten Gift Note under Make It Extra Special.
- Enter the exact message you would like handwritten in the Your message field before selecting Add Collection & Selected Extras.
- We’ll write your message on a coordinating card and tuck it into that specific collection, ready for gifting.
Please check the spelling and wording of your message before adding the collection to your cart. This is a Collection Enhancement and can only be purchased with a qualifying collection from The Firefly Shop.
Shipping + Returns
Orders are thoughtfully curated and prepared within 2–4 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Because each collection is selected and assembled especially for your order, all sales are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges. Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase, as long as fulfillment has not begun. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email orders@thefirefly.shop within 3 business days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
