All Sales Are Final

Because each Firefly Shop collection is thoughtfully curated and carefully prepared, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase, as long as fulfillment has not begun. After that 15-minute window, orders can no longer be canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order. If your package arrives damaged, an item is defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email orders@thefirefly.shop within 3 business days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Once we review the issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
