Your completed packing video will be sent directly to the email address you provide at checkout, either as a video file or a private viewing link. It will not be shared publicly unless you opt in to social media sharing.
This is a Collection Enhancement and can only be purchased with a qualifying stationery collection from The Firefly Shop. Social media sharing is entirely optional and does not affect your purchase or private video delivery.
Orders are thoughtfully curated and prepared within 2–4 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Because each collection is selected and assembled especially for your order, all sales are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges. Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase, as long as fulfillment has not begun. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email orders@thefirefly.shop within 3 business days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right. See our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy for full details.
